Founder Arran Bailey began ALB aged 23 in 2009, renovating terraced properties in Nottingham. Today, his persistence and expertise in all areas of property has seen him become the director of over 20 companies with a portfolio valued at £150 million.
The ALB group is privately owned group of companies consisting of property development, residential and commercial lettings working across the United Kingdom.
ALB’s horizons have expanded to large-scale residential lets and refurbishments. From Printhouse in Loughborough to the historic Victoria Mill in Draycott, Christonian Court in West Bridgford and many more, our projects can now be found making their mark across the UK.
