This property is a large building right in the centre of Birkenhead town centre with great transport links to Liverpool. With commercial remaining on the lower floor and containing household name tenants, the upper floors were converted into 59 apartments.
After purchasing opposing blocks of units on Bridlesmith Gate, this was the first development that we started on. This site was the former Forest Hospital in Mansfield which had been derelict for several years until we purchased this site. We then transformed this site into a conversion for 22 apartments and 5 maisonettes.
This site was the 2nd of 3 student developments that we did in the vicinity of the City Centre of Nottingham with this site also being split to have the two upper floors converted into 8 studio flats for students while still maintaining a retail area on the ground floor which was eventually occupied by an axe throwing company.
Along with the other two sites in town that we completed in 2022 in Nottingham City Centre, this site was also in the heart of the city and was split to keep a commercial unit and had 1 Communal Flat and 4 Studios on the upper floors.
Located right in the heart of Hanley town centre, this property was already made up of commercial units all around this block however the upper floor was vacant since they were no longer used as offices. We then renovated these former offices to 21 spacious studio apartments while retaining the commercial below.
This shopping centre was the first of two shopping centres purchased in 2022 and is located in the South Wales Valleys. The shopping centre is made up of over 20+ commercial units and an open air market where you will find a wide variety of stall traders.
Sailmakers Shopping Centre was purchased in June 2022 and was in need of an urgent plan to fill the vacant units. The centre now has a variety of units there from household names to small local businesses. As well as making an effort to attract tenants we also brightened up the centre by commissioning two murals in the centre with one being dedicated to Ipswich, Sailmakers and the local history as well as one that was dedicated to Ed Sheeran. We have also got planning for 26 residential flats above the centre.
This site was formerly known as Central College site in Beeston and involved renovating what was a large empty college building into 162 student bedrooms with a large mix of cluster and studio flats. Based in Beeston, this property is the perfect location for students that are attending the University of Nottingham campus in Lenton. It has great transport links to the University and City Centre and with Beeston up and coming it has a great mix of local amenities and entertainment for students.
Lying right in the middle of Sheffield City Centre, we purchased this property with commercial units all along the ground floor and a large vacant space on the upper floors which used to be offices. This space has now been converted into 58 1 and 2 bedroom flats.
