The Printhouse Completed

Situated in the heart of Loughborough, this development is 2 blocks of 5 and 6 storeys that were refurbished into 99 en-suite bedroom student properties. These properties are in the perfect location for any students attending Loughborough University being right in the town centre and surrounded by restaurants & shops as well as being a small walk away from the University and the train station.

Christonian Court Completed

Based in West Bridgford, Nottingham and only a walk away from the world famous Trent Bridge Cricket Ground as well as West Bridgford’s popular town strip which has a range of food & drink options. It has 23 flats including a large penthouse flat occupying the whole top floor. Won the award of LABC Winner ‘Best High Volume New Housing Development’ 2015.

Victoria Mill Completed

This former mill once the largest lace mill in Europe and is based in the charming village of Draycott, Derbyshire with great links to Nottingham and Derby. This property was converted to still keep the character and charm of the building but also producing 113 stylish one and two bedroom apartments.

Godfrey Parade Completed

A row of modern 2 bedroom town houses based in Netherfield, Nottingham. These are located in close proximity to the local high street and each property comes with its own off street parking with each property having its own private garage.

Bramble Court Completed

Based in Derby this former office block was converted into 13 high specification apartments. The property comes with on-site parking and is perfect for city workers due to it being located right in the heart of the city centre.

Prosperity House Completed

This development compromised of 2 phases in Derby’s city centre and contains 158 apartments which meant it was a nominee for a LABC Development Award. Also has commercial units on the ground floor as well as being a walk away from the city’s main retail area.

This property was purchased in November 2014 and is on the main thoroughfare of Worksop Town Centre

Trent House Completed

Purchased in 2015 and was developed into 11 high specification apartments with the ground floor being retained as commercial units which is convenient as this property is located on Barnby Gate in a desirable location in the heart of Newark-on-Trent.

Bentley Court & Parkwood Court Completed

This property comprises of 2 tower blocks constructed in the 1960s and was acquired to provide residential living instead of them being demolished. Both blocks were completed in 2017 to provide 190 one/two bed apartments located close to the town centre of Keighley.

Sheldon Road Completed

Located in Buxton, Derbyshire these 5 part-built town houses were acquired from liquidators and were completed to provide a high specification modern living for buyers while also offering off street parking.

Columbia Street Completed

This location is a private road for five 3-bedroom bungalows in the desirable area of Huthwaite, Nottinghamshire just outside Sutton-in-Ashfield.

Castle Court Completed

Castle Court is a substantial conversion which is located in Dudley and featured 141 apartments. Each apartment had 1 or 2 beds and was finished to a high-end quality.

South Street/Wharncliffe Road Flats Completed

The Old Co-op Building, A landmark property in Ilkeston Town Centre,158,000 square feet and containing its own Multi-Storey car park. The development was completed and contained 73 high quality apartments as well as 11 retail units.

Tameway Plaza Completed

A landmark known as Walsall’s tallest building and a short walk away from the main retail area in Walsall. It was completed in 2019 and contains 145 one/two bed apartments as well as 3 refurbished commercial units.

Constable Court Completed

This site was the former Police station in Carlton, which inspired the name it has today. This development includes the refurbishment of the former Police Station building into 42 high quality apartments as well as a completely brand-new residential apartment block with 24 flats complete with on-site parking. This site is close to all the local amenities with it being a minute walk from a Tesco supermarket, less than 10 minute drive from Carlton Square and Victoria Retail Park as well as having great links to the city centre.

Wheatley Court Completed

This property is based in Halifax, Yorkshire and is one of the two developments we did in Halifax around this time. This development was a refurbishment of a block of flats that was in need of modernisation and contains 96 affordable 1 and 2 bedroom apartments that were great for the local area.

West Parade Halifax Completed

Also located in Halifax, Yorkshire this development is two blocks of ex housing association properties that were in a state of disrepair upon purchase. This meant having to have a full refurbishment which was completed in 2020 and now has 36 apartments with parking.

Lombard House Completed

This property is located in the heart of Newark Town Centre with easy access to a lot of local amenities as well as having great transport links for an easy commute to Nottingham and Lincoln. Since developing the property now contains 18 luxury 1 bed and studio apartments.

Market Court Completed

This property is a large building right in the centre of Birkenhead town centre with great transport links to Liverpool. With commercial remaining on the lower floor and containing household name tenants, the upper floors were converted into 59 apartments.

Upper Floors Bridlesmith Gate Completed

After purchasing opposing blocks of units on Bridlesmith Gate, this was the first development that we started on. After completely filling all the commercial units that we had purchased these included popular restaurant & bar, barbers, café as well as multiple retail stores from high end clothing, a lady’s boutique and sneaker/garment resale stores. We then completed 13 high quality student bedrooms in the upper floors.

Peach Trees Apartments Completed

This site was the former Forest Hospital in Mansfield which had been derelict for several years until we purchased this site. We then transformed this site into a conversion for 22 apartments and 5 maisonettes.

Lister Lofts Completed

This site was the 2nd of 3 student developments that we did in the vicinity of the City Centre of Nottingham with this site also being split to have the two upper floors converted into 8 studio flats for students while still maintaining a retail area on the ground floor which was eventually occupied by an axe throwing company.

2-4 Albert Street/Houndsgate Completed

Along with the other two sites in town that we completed in 2022 in Nottingham City Centre, this site was also in the heart of the city and was split to keep a commercial unit and had 1 Communal Flat and 4 Studios on the upper floors.

Moxon Island Flats Completed

Located right in the heart of Hanley town centre, this property was already made up of commercial units all around this block however the upper floor was vacant since they were no longer used as offices. We then renovated these former offices to 21 spacious studio apartments while retaining the commercial below.

Blackwood Shopping Centre Purchased

This shopping centre was the first of two shopping centres purchased in 2022 and is located in the South Wales Valleys. The shopping centre is made up of over 20+ commercial units and an open air market where you will find a wide variety of stall traders.

Sailmakers Shopping Centre Purchased

Sailmakers Shopping Centre was purchased in June 2022 and was in need of an urgent plan to fill the vacant units. The centre now has a variety of units there from household names to small local businesses. As well as making an effort to attract tenants we also brightened up the centre by commissioning two murals in the centre with one being dedicated to Ipswich, Sailmakers and the local history as well as one that was dedicated to Ed Sheeran. We have also got planning for 26 residential flats above the centre.

Graduation House Completed

This site was formerly known as Central College site in Beeston and involved renovating what was a large empty college building into 162 student bedrooms with a large mix of cluster and studio flats. Based in Beeston, this property is the perfect location for students that are attending the University of Nottingham campus in Lenton. It has great transport links to the University and City Centre and with Beeston up and coming it has a great mix of local amenities and entertainment for students.

Fargate House Completed

Lying right in the middle of Sheffield City Centre, we purchased this property with commercial units all along the ground floor and a large vacant space on the upper floors which used to be offices. This space has now been converted into 58 1 and 2 bedroom flats.

Low Pavement Completed

This property was formerly a large bank which had now been vacated. Right in the thick of Nottingham City Centre, this property was transformed as part of the ground floor and all of the upper floors were turned into 10 flats which included 34 bedrooms. What was remaining of the lower floors is now split into two units, one containing a stunning café, and one is now an exquisite Pizzeria.
